Gua Sha

Gua Sha is used to treat chronic pain all over the body.

Service Description

Gua sha is a natural, alternative therapy that involves scraping your skin with a massage tool to improve your circulation. At your physical therapist office it is called The Graston Technique, a form of manual therapy known as tissue assisted mobilization. Whatever name that is used, this ancient Chinese healing technique may offer a unique approach to better health, addressing issues like chronic pain. Any area of the body can be treated this way and also specific issues such as Fibromyalgia, Plantar Fasciitis, Carpal Tunnel, Shin Splints and Restrictive Scar Tissue. But it has a softer side too. Want an amazing facial that has been called The Facial of the Stars? Qua Sha tools can do that too. The facial gua sha method works by releasing tension in the muscles of the face, smoothing out the fascia, and circulating blood and lymph through the tissues. AND makes your face look lifted, far lass puffy, and tightly contoured. The more consistent you are with these facial massage rituals the more you'll be able to see long-lasting results. Gua sha isn't totally permanent, but this isn't really what you're trying to achieve.
